I just finished reading TJ Klune’s The Bones Beneath My Skin and it might be my favorite TJ Klune book, which is saying something because I’ve loved everything I’ve read by him so so much.

In an effort to be better about celebrating myself (thank you, therapy): I got a teaching award from the College of Arts & Sciences at UAlbany! This was particularly meaningful honor because it involved the submission of letters of support from actual students.

A student told me today “I always love coming to your office because it’s so colorful” so obviously I win at professoring today.

Current status: sitting alone on the dock at my brother’s lake house, reading a book and sipping some wine.
