Hard to fathom we’re doing this to ourselves. Maybe at some point the US will have a growing tourism economy around foreigners coming to see cars still operating using historic technology.

Thanks a lot Sean Duffy!

Exercise is of course a good thing, but having to walk maybe isn’t the best selling point for a mode of transportation?

I would assume they are but don't want to paint a target on themselves either...

Nothing to do with capitalism. This is a baby playing with economic levers he doesn’t understand (and/or care about damage done)

Did you guys turn off the Automatic Train Control? The ride has gotten jerkier, taking longer to align with the platform, and too long of a pause for the doors to open.

Space X needs to be sued and held accountable for all the flights that had to redirect, all the people whose plans were disrupted, all the dollars this fiasco caused everything it impacted.

Please look into this: Officials at the FAA have directed staff to identify tens of millions of dollars to fund a Starlink deal for upgrading air traffic control communications. Staff has been instructed to find the funds while minimizing documentation and avoiding a paper trail. Source AltNPS

Unbelievable…and of course the details aren’t disclosed

These contracts supporting ATC systems takes months or years to get in place. Is the system even reliable for this purpose? Verizon must be preparing to sue. So much for Musk monitoring his own conflicts of interest..

Don’t worry, DOGE will report these numbers on their website.

Suhas, every moment right now needs to be spent trying to find any Republican willing to take a stand against the executive overreach. There may not be a NPS to protect landmarks like this.

The FAA already has systems predicting the location of aircraft throughout their flights. I’m not really sure what rocket engineers are going to add that hasn’t already been considered by decades of research into aviation safety.

Not scared of what they’ll find. Musk is operating under the cover of darkness for a reason. But Suhas and dems in Congress are timid…maybe not sure what options there are to combat this. That will become more clear as the negative effects hit average Americans, but will it be too late…
