This is Anger, the Valkyrie. My occu-therapist gave me homework to regain fine motor skills, and she is the result. Her look is based on my phoenix painting. She's been done, but then the pictures of her had to be just right to truly show the colors off. #fuckcancer #anger #miniatures #minis

Repainted a $4 thrift shop. Used some "Dragonfly Glaze Acrylic Top Coat" on dragonflies. Stamps, and stickers are my lettering tools while my hands heal from neuropathy. Stencils and rulers let me make the Keywork. @coheedandcambria.bsky.social inspires my basic white woman aesthetic.

The angel is almost done. The base is all that's left before adding a sealant. I left the wings for last, and I'm still shocked at how good they look. Without occupational therapy, I don't know if this would be possible while healing from chemo.

One last thing before I crash for the night. I haven't posted or taken a full day's dose of meds in over 8 days. I've been kinda functioning but not enough for socials. It took two weeks to get meds ordered because insurance changed. 48hrs to arrive meant this.

Another two hours on the angel. I'm satisfied with the two skirts and considering them done. Relearned how to paint highlights on the raised areas and darker accents on the recesses.
First time painting cloth. I learned ahead of time not to use a wash to avoid pooling.
