There's also CHEAP and LOW QUALITY brands but point is: we do eat a lot of pasta, and for most part we use "common" pasta that is between €1 and €1,30 for a kg.

For example some says that a good brand (sort of premium is Rummo, that cater on "tradition" and premium materials.

In this part of Sicily we mostly eat Poiatti, because it's almost local, so it's a bit cheaper to the retailer and the buyer (less shipping costs) and it's a reputable brand.
