Lois’s hard-knock life woes continue. Beach Yappy Hour CANCELED due to high wind. NOT allowed to chase ducks waddling across the street. Carried a giant palm frond all the way home only to have it TAKEN AWAY before she could carry up the stairs into the house. This is some Dickensian bullshit!

This one has had a rough day. Did NOT catch the squirrel she chased up a palm tree. Was NOT allowed to go after another squirrel spotted on a low wall. Dragged away from the itty-bitty baby possum waddling down the sidewalk. Thwarted by the Aussie shepherd that kept getting HER damn ball.

Monday palate cleanser: Lois found this ball on the beach yesterday. I made her leave it behind when we came back in. An hour later she dragged Richard back out under the guise of needing to pee so she could retrieve it. It’s now added to her collection.
