The SAVE Act (H.R.22/S.128) claims to prevent noncitizen voting. It's already illegal. Voter registration would happen in person. Millions of people, including myself, vote from abroad. I remain a citizen to vote. Take that away & I will be taxed without representation & we know how that went. /1
