Happy 1st night of hanukkah!

Doing what I did to my moderoid Ingram where I hand paint small parts of the model to do color corrections. Doesn’t look as good as airbrushing but it’s easier and tbh I’m not that good handling airbrush equipment. I’d do an airbrushing for modelers class or workshop though

The "for you" articles reminded me of when i was a research assistant collecting these newspaper testimony ads for dr. william's pink pills, one of the bigger quack medicines. Oxidized iron with licorice, they were supposed to cure rheumatism, rickets, etc. People were paid for these testimonies

Went to a music festival yesterday! A lot of fun, even though we had trouble seeing the band. I’m not super knowledgeable about country or bluegrass but it’s fun to listen to

Bought this iglight to hold my heavy machine gun. A pretty good fit i think, glad I waited for this to come out instead of just getting whatever 30mm kit was available. Hard to make it hold both handles of the gun however

A melander wirh his Zimmerman and robocop pistol. This really needs a dab of paint for the monoeye and chest sensor.

30mm AC Nightfall complete! These kits hit a weird midpoint between high quality HGs and the cheaper 30mm kits. The details are all really good, but there are limits on the articulation and the plastic isn’t spectacular. Nothing that can’t be fixed with a little extra effort though.
