No law, state or federal, may infringe on any person's right to bodily autonomy, including but not limited to - birth control, abortion, and gender-affirming care.

Laws requiring safety measures to access some public services are permitted (e.g. requiring vaccines to attend a public school, etc).

No person found guilty by a court of law of a federal level felony (or any state level felony involving fraud) shall be eligible to run for or hold any federal elected position.

Every person, citizen or otherwise, accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty by a jury of their peers.

Furthermore, no person, citizen or otherwise, shall be considered above, immune, or exempt from federal law.

Ranked-Choice voting shall be used for all elections, in so which, until one candidate has at least half the votes -
Starting with the candidate with the fewest votes, divide their votes among the remaining candidates based on each voter's next highest ranked choice.

The Supreme Court shall be made up of 1 judge from each federal court circuit, limited to 8-year terms. Each court circuit nominates a new candidate to be confirmed by a majority vote of all current district court judges.

Congress may only overrule a confirmation with a two-thirds supermajority.

No person may run for an office that which they will have already held for 8 years or more before the new term is to begin.

*Allows for 1 8-year term, 2 6-year terms, 2 4-year terms, 4 2-year terms, etc

(Clarify language so as to not allow congresspersons to just change districts to bypass limit)

No person may run for office if they are to be of 65* years of age or older before the prospective new term is set to begin.

*Set as ratio to median age, so as to rise automatically as lifespans (theoretically) expand.

(Elected officials NEED to be in touch with the needs of the general populous)
