Understandable skepticism but imo it actually does because the standard patty has 7g saturated fat and the avocado oil one has 2g saturated fat. That brings you down from a sat fat profile not far from a beef patty to a sat fat profile roughly on par with almonds

The standard ones do have a decent amount of saturated fat but you can get em with avocado oil and the nutritional profile for those ones is pretty solid: www.beyondmeat.com/en-US/produc...

Yeah the point, as far as I saw it, was always that changing conditions had allowed for greater expression of pre-existing greed. Price gouging, for ex, is not a result of a sudden surge in greed. It’s a result of changing conditions that allow for already greedy people to capitalize and profit
