Work related: downbanding of specialist roles & disregard for clinical knowledge should not be accepted by AHPs. It is bad for employees & bad for patients.
It's arguable whether the Trauma Rehab Co-ordinator FOR A WHOLE REGION should even be a Band 7 post, let alone Band 6.

Henge and Gong joint headlining in #cornwall. So much fun and positivity in the room. Had heard a lot from friends about Kavus Torabi but never seen him play. A total rock star.

This climate change scam seems to be being taken very seriously by the global insurance industry. Not sure they're the type to be taken in by a catchy buzz phrase spouted on a political panel show like #BBCQT

The v/oct scaling pots for each osc are under the top black rubber cap in each osc section
Turn Osc1 up
Send output to a tuner for reference
Play a low c
Tune Osc1 to the low C using tuning sliders
Play a high c. The tuner will prob show its sharp/flat
Adjust the scaling pot until high c is in tune
