Many HHS workers got voluntary separation incentive payment (VSIP) emails. With a shutdown and/or RIF looming we're in a tough spot. Here’s info (links below) on how a RIF should happen and severance estimators. Up to 1 in 4 of us who leave may be replaced. A complete hiring freeze is still in place
