Fuck i'm getting old, I sneezed and hurt my shoulders damn this cold.
I built my beliefs through quiet observation, but I lost my voice in the process. Now, I struggle to express what I know or even feel; everything has merged into one emotion of anxiety, nausea, and the confusion of trying to find which emotion I feel. My neuro and mental issues don’t help.
