Us 3 (or 4... or 5...) be deciding on the way the doc will be distributed - ideally discretely because BlueSky is public to the point of being totalizing.

Everyone can see the post & thus the issue becomes the problem of everyone. That is the (structural) problem

Though, whatever I recorded & documented will be used in the later, more organized doc

The doc may end up never getting released publicly especially as I've always shyed away from public callouts for *this* exact reason
