The Supreme Court decision that found this was subsequently found not to be compatible with the ECHR in O'Keeffe v Ireland. Funny how the DPER analysis left that out.

One of my favourite work events is the Biennial Workshop on Developing Research in Children's Rights and Family Law. Scholars from around the world gathered in UCC this week for two days of intensive discussion of papers-in-progress. A fantastic exercise in peer support and community building.
