Unfortunately, they are lying. That is ai generated. You don't get extra fingers from overlapping sample layers... You get it from ai. The textures also suggest ai. I think you've been scammed.

I'd love to, I've made loads of progress in playing again since the surgery on my hands, but with the arthritis, I don't know if I could play for that long.
