It couldn’t even list the Premier League points correctly after a web search.

Totally agree. Doing consultancy over the last year I've found it weird that many businesses have lept first to customer-facing chat bots in their AI work. It's literally *the most difficult thing* you could attempt. Replicating a human is super tough. Mining stacks of data for insights is easy.
