Cold temps like this could lead to higher snow totals by the end of the storm due to a higher snow ratio. My personal thoughts:
Ottawa Valley - 30-40cm+
Ottawa - 25-35cm
Hawkesbury - 25-35cm
Kemptville - 25-35cm
Winchester - 25-35cm
Seaway - 15-30cm
40cm+ cannot be ruled out.

A very well advertised snowstorm will be coming tomorrow & Thurs. This may be the biggest snowstorm this region has seen in a few years (thinking back to January of 2022). Seaway may mix with ice, everywhere else heavy snow. #onstorm

The warm will stall in Eastern Ontario tomorrow morning, resulting in a prolonged period of heavy rain. That rain expands through the majority of Eastern Ontario. Some of it may be snow toward the west & into the Valley, but it will be mostly rain.

Take this with a grain of salt as this is hour 114 of the GFS & temp would play a part of it too, but there is a marginal chance Eastern Ontario could see its first wet snowflakes of the Fall on Friday.
No major storms on the horizon yet, but maybe some small accumulation late in November. #onstorm
