It was an honour to attend the unveiling of the LGBT Armed Forces Community Memorial today. Seeing firsthand how impactful this recognition was to many of the veterans and personnel who were serving during the ban was a powerful reminder of the progress that has been made.

Off to London, got a quiet train which is a win. Just need to not spill coffee on my white T-shirt and it’ll be a successful start to a semi-working weekend.

It’s such a shame the speech given by Mon Mothma could be applicable to many parts of the globe today. It seems just like in Star Wars Liberty died with thunderous applause.

I cannot for the life of me understand why the heating was on in the gym, it’s 19°C outside it’s warm enough already. I feel like I’ve been in a rubbish sauna 🧖 💀

Kinda wished I hadn’t googled my eye patches. Vegan collagen sounds a lot better than fermented yeast 🤢.
