How long ago? If more than 3month, definitely. We’ve greatly improved context fetching and memory. Try agentic chat! But, yea, if it is undocumented using Cody is no different than chatgpt. I’ve found removing all context in those situations gives better results. At least it is in your ide!

Ive been working on an advanced statistical / almost ML model that was greatly improved once I point Cody at OS stat/ml applications. It got more precise, especially across files.
