The Australian War Memorial was incredibly moving, and has a fantastic museum on WWI, WWII and the Holocaust! I highly recommend it to anyone who can visit, it's really forces you to reflect

Absolutely loved the Pompeii exhibition at the National Museum of Australia, Canberra. Such engaging videos and interesting artefacts - including a pot covered in lava rock, beautiful frescoes, graffiti, and mini statues of deities that were housed in an ancient snack bar!

Monograph chapter 1 is done and dusted! 😁It wasn't always easy doing the research + writing alongside a full-time non-academic job, but I am so glad that I pushed through and got it done! Writing about medieval and early modern Penthesilea is so much fun!!

Got my thesis examiner's report today, and the outcome is PASS with minor corrections! My examiners left really positive feedback, and I am so delighted! I'll be happy dancing all day 💃
