The irony of training squats so you can get off the toilet when you’re older but then being unable to get off the toilet because your muscles are so sore the day after doing training squats is not lost on me. 🤷♀️

Another of my favorites, this one I was out for my early morning run. Caught the sun through the woods along the lane where I grew up. A favorite tree - a pecan tree where mom and I used to pick up pecans many years ago. And a field of soybean stubble glistening in the early morning light. 💕

The felon inhabiting the White House declared only male and female will be recognized as genders. Guess he needs to let God know that. Apparently he doesn’t realize some infants are born with ambiguous genitalia. Doctors and parents are forced to “make a choice” then and there. 😢😢

I think I’ll spend as little time as possible this week watching the news. Would rather focus on the beauty in my life. Took this while hiking the Sandia Crest Trail a mile above Albuquerque. My all-time favorite picture -
