Made my chocolate truffle centers today. Tomorrow, I'll dip them in chocolate and since I'm going to be melting chocolate, will make another candy or two. Here's an old pic of the truffles.

Pre-making my Thanksgiving feast. Monday I roasted the beets for beet and feta salad. Today I made the mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes. Wednesday is the filling for Shepard's Pie and our Pumpking pie. Little bit at a time so there aren't so many dishes to do alll at once!
