Just noticed published today The Retained EU Law (Revocation & Reform) Act 2023 (Commencement No.2 & Saving Provisions)(Revocation) Regs 2024 so s6 REUL (permitting CA & SC to depart from assimilated case law) NOT coming into force on 1 Oct. Is this as sig as I think or am I missing something -help!

Just joined. First post - Latest update on Employment Bill from press reports (1) Bill now expected "mid-October" so presumably after return from conference recess (7 Oct) but we wait to see & (2) Right to Switch Off to be via Code of Practice
