Those filing charges should use caution. Even though DOJ leadership is demanding charges, subordinates of the DOJ may face civil liabilities, for malicious prosecutions. They may end up in civil litigation which will cost them lots of money!

If I were Bovino I'd be saving every penny I had for my upcoming defense fund. His combative leadership of Border patrol is probably the reason why two innocent Minnesota's are dead today.
