Weird that no one is mentioning that Cuba is releasing nearly 600 political prisoners as part of this deal. There are over 1000 documented political prisoners currently rotting away in Cuban prisons, one of whom was recently beaten to death by guards.

In its purest form, health insurance should be something like a credit union or una ronda. A collective fund with regular contributions from a large pool of both healthy and medically vulnerable people allows the balance of healthy participants to cover participants that incur higher costs.
