Sweet little house mouse field sketch-style commission… though I’d never be able to paint this nicely in the field. I ended up adding some fore/hind feet tracks in the top right corner, too.

An assortment of shags! It was a pleasure to see these three species on their respective islands (Auckland, Campbell and Macquarie) during breeding season, with their striking colours and eye rings!
