I was imagining a snotty kid hiding his hand behind his back so I couldn’t see his fingers were crossed the entire time I read this email.

It’s been a shit week, and I still have to get through tomorrow. Tonight, I’m doing LEGO with my spawnling and reminding myself that at least I still have a job to feed us. Sending love and hugs to the universe. We’re going to need it to get through the next four years.

I love getting notifications from my doorbell saying a person is here, and it’s just a bird hanging out. That’s way better than dealing with a human.

Attempting to prepare myself for the work week after being off most of last week.

I’m making a mini stocking to fill with candy as a holiday gift for my daughter’s violin teacher, so I picked up a variety bundle of holiday themed fat quarters. She hated the ugly pine pattern as much as I did. 😂

Anyone else completely lose motivation to finish something when you’re most of the way there? I’ve had these blocks finished for about two years now and just don’t have the desire to put them together. I feel like there’s a metaphor for our government in there somewhere.
