Two phrases I’d like to hear more often: “don’t believe everything you read” and “don’t feed the trolls”. Maybe add “that doesn’t have verifiable sources” to that first one. Second one is perfect as is.

There is a person I love. They are amazing. I am so proud of them in everything they do, even when they struggle. Today is the day of their birth, which makes it one of the best days in my life, even if I wasn’t there for it. Happy birthday, love. Can’t wait to spend the rest with you.
