I hate hormones. And mine are so out of wack! I am finally taking the step to do some research and try to find a vitamin to help. My skin is so sensitive and itchy even when I moisturize daily. AND I hardly have any energy unless I drink a ton of caffeine. I'm going to try this! Hope it works!!
