We've had a bunch of new people join our company the past few months and seeing them slowly shed the fake/bland shell as they start realising they don't necessarily need to wear strict office wear has been interesting. So much better when you can just go with your personal style!

Holding thumbs for you! Both for the interview (exciting) and outfit hunting (not so much). I detest having to pick what I'll wear to the office everyday so now have a standard 'uniform' of shirt and chinos. If I were at home I'd be in a tracksuit every day (the dream)
