my 2025 resolution is to meet my sleep goal more than I did in 2024

this is my attempt to preserve my mental diastolic function, and so far it's off to a good start

my brother convinced me to finally (and begrudgingly) submit to the zeitgeist and join a fantasy football league this year

I'd like to thank my recently acknowledged ADHD/hypomania/hyperfixation syndrome for carrying me through to this decisive victory and a full year of family bragging rights 😎
