Guardian US and Guardian UK are separate entities, the US one wrote an op-ed abhorring the transphobia of the UK one.

Theresa May is so many miles to the left of him on Trans issues that Columbus declared her to be India and yet you still have these people wearing self applied horse tack going "I see no issue with Starmer"

Time for a bit of Kintsugi?

Sounds like you need a union

I've been following you for a while for your takes on inclusivity in tech, so I'm just kindly letting you know that this smoothbrained take right here is precisely what ended that.

There's also the internalisation of our understanding of the mechanisms of capitalism wherein we fear that if our preference becomes less popular then the market will shift and stop offering that as it's not profitable (not that this applies to black coffee which is ofc the basis for other coffees)

Rugrats (and tbf Innerspace) in my youth prepared me for this, we just need to shrink down a team to go inside you and retrieve it before you explode

They did that near by us recently too, didn't remove it once the works were complete either so now there's just randomly lumps of asphalt halfways down a road

Cheers for responding, I'd never met nor heard of you prior to this so this was an opportunity to see who you chose to be.

Choose better.

I never made assumptions, I read your response in the language you wrote it and interpreted it as written. Any fault in communication lays with the writer.

You however made an assumption in your response when you claimed it didn't matter to me.

You're making a fool of yourself.
November 24, 2025 at 12:55 PM
If that was indeed the case, there's a lot of arguments here you didn't need to get yourself into.
November 24, 2025 at 12:46 PM
In which case I'd advise you spend a bit longer assessing what you write before you post it, your style of writing does not convey meaning well.

"We only supported the rights of students to bully fellow students into extreme self harm, so nuhhhhh" is not the snapback you think it is.
November 24, 2025 at 12:41 PM
I'd always heard you were a damp squib but it's interesting to see precisely how far away from reality your takes actually are. Quite impressive!

If you're talking about the booing apparently it's primarily a South American thing and related to Piastri having to slow down and let Norris in front of him because Norris had a slow pit-stop a few races back. Shortly afterwards Norris took the lead of the championship by a single point.

Ran bars and gastropubs for a decade and yes, they do do this. Particularly in the women's toilets.

Weird thing is it doesn't even have to be late night, even had this reported to me during a weekday afternoon shift.

Yeah I legit remember those discussions about a decade ago on Facebook, mad times

This is EXACTLY what people were telling her from the very start, the absolute audacity to write this as if it's a rational realisation and a global announcement of new information.

I apprecaite this
