Not quite silent and undetected, but certainly inspiring, the Mexican Navy's lead patrol frigate ARM Benito Juárez (POLA-101) arrived at North Vancouver's Shipyards for Canada Day. Joining HMCS Vancouver and HMCS Regina, the three vessels are a quiet symbol of unity between North American partners.
