I can only think of two TJ's I've ever been to that DON'T have crazy hairpin turn parking garage accesses and stalls that are nearly impossible to get into or out of - the one on top of Queen Anne and the one in Shoreline.

Exactly. Any sport requiring even a moderate degree of physical activity will by-definition have athletes who maintain a "physical advantage", be it height, weight, strength, endurance, reach, speed, etc., etc. over other athletes.

Those of us of a certain age *cough!* Tail-End Boomers *cough!* remember watching cartoons in the early-to-mid 1960's that were just as blatantly long-form commercials, primarily a show called "Linus The Lionhearted".

Because reporter and whatever publication or network they represent would never get access to him again. Most of the media - regardless of their political slant - are already being locked out, and the suits that run them are terrified of becoming targets for his bullying and retribution.

The sad truth is that most of them don't even know what a tariff is or how they work, so he was easily able to - once again - pull the wool over their eyes.

You can't have equality without equity. And regardless, anyone hired by a company adhering to DEI principles still has to be qualified to do the work competently. That's the most recent Big Lie of the Right: it's not that unqualified POC get jobs, but that less qualified White People don't.

Great interview. I've had the privilege of interacting with Sophie on several sets over the past seven or eight years now, and IMHO she's simply a very nice person. That said, when you stand near her you can literally feel the talent emanating from her like an aura.
