is what our military did to Afghanistan and Iraq
is what we did to Korea
is what we did to Vietnam
and so on

They are both monsters, just in different ways. Evil and politics are not a zero sum game, most of the time. There is often many contradictions two things can be true as well. Both parties serve capital and what we are seeing here at home is what our military does to countries overseas.
