While historical fascist movements have definitely been right-wing in nature, they gained their real power by picking up sections of liberals and, yes, even the left.

Don't fall for their shit again.

With this world order crumbling, those who hold power at the top of the capitalist hierarchy are once again looking for a scapegoat to ensure that nothing fundamentally changes. Conspiratorial ideas are taking hold, and they're not limited to the far right side of the political spectrum.

Concentration of wealth, media bias, politicians running cover for official ally states - none of this is the result of a global conspiracy. It's ~5 decades of neoliberal consensus, mostly pushed by WASP-y world leaders and corporations, and done quite openly - no shadowy cabal required.

These accounts are sending tweets that one would expect from a neo-nazi using dogwhistles.

I'd encourage everyone not to let your justified anger at the state of Israel cloud your judgment of Jewish people. There's a lot of "Zionist conspiracy" nonsense that has nothing to do with Israel.

What's more alarming is that a number of liberal or even left-wing accounts that haven't left that hellhole are picking it up, too.

No, I don't mean the pro-Palestine movement, though a lot of them will use pro-Palestinian sentiment to tie it in with their leftist bona fides.

One thing I'm noticing is that the right's antisemitism is getting more blatant. They're not dogwhistling anymore, they're just straight up like "Yeah all these bad things are because of the Jews."

So that's alarming.
