My wife made these and I think they are gorgeous.
On top of the oolong mid fire glaze looks absolutely awesome when fired at cone 06 over terracotta. At least I think so 😉

2 heavy layers of PC glaze covering half of these cups and the handle. Then what I did not realize is undiluted clear glaze. 2 very heavy layers and not only covering the PC free part of the cups- as you can see.
No amount of kiln wash could have prevented what followed.

As you can see first is anything but a mug. Second is, well... mugish bowl. Third was satisfying though. Who knew mugs can be fun 😉
