I’m realizing that some (many?) of those fans NEVER saw media of Kirk’s most vile shit. Saw a fb post about two friends - ZERO overlap in the media of him they had seen on their own platforms and feeds. One got totally sanitized and arguably “respectable” debater; one got actual white supremacist.

Fuck that. Immigration bar should say ICE counsel names on the record. Judge’s name is on the transcript. Respondent’s counsel is identified on the transcript.

Not entirely true. And not at all symmetrical. Judges Eileen Cannon and Matthew Kacsmaryk make up the law too.

So they just walked into the US freely like tourists? Or they entered with agents and essentially surrendered to US authority? I don’t know which it is, do you? This AP article implies the latter—in custody as part of a cooperation agreement—but the framing of this post implies freedom.
