The workers of Completely United are committed to maintaining the quality, integrity, and mission of these channels, while also working to make improvements in areas such as compensation, working conditions, and benefits.

Union organization efforts have been ongoing at Complexly for the last year, and in February, the company agreed to an election.

Complexly (founded by brothers Hank and John Green) produces the well-known YouTube channels Crash Course, SciShow, PBS Eons, and more.
