Over the decades I have tried to like it as I thought it was the right thing to do. 40 years later, trying to be a vegetarian, now with a T2 diabetes, having to change my diet and lose weight, I'm still failing to persuade myself I like it.

RAW+JPG is the way to go. That way you've got an easy to use pic as well as a decent file to tinker with later.
