Bigscreen is on my eternal shit list for never allowing me to return my Beyond 1 when I experienced all the same issues you described with yours. Less than 10 hours screen on time, basically a pristine headset, and I can't even get rid of it!

Bigscreen markets their headsets as no compromises lightweight enthusiast products. I'd agree with that!
But "lightweight enthusiast product" as in, like, 2000s Lotus Elise. I think I was expecting more of a Miata.
