Interesting - thank you for sharing. I find it fascinating when we come back to a book we read years ago and find either more or less relevant and impactful. I’ve had both experiences. I’ll keep your caution in mind, for sure.

Congratulations on starting your practicum! I’m wrapping mine up this month… it’s been a long and rewarding journey!
This book offers a lot of perspective on what society places on individuals and the impact this has on our mental and physical health. So much to chew on… I highly recommend it!
