I re-arranged my main pedalboard today, taking TheGigRig’s Humdinger off my older live looping board. Now, I have mono, stereo, wet-dry, or wet-dry-wet options again in the pedalboard I use with the band. Thanks to Old Town Music for helping me get creative with the power supply.

New guitar amp day! I paired up my new Laney Lionheart Foundary Super 60-112 with my Supro Black Magick. I am looking forward to a long weekend making a lot of music!

A day off to make music. Here is an ambient improvisation, making a drone with the Studiologic NumaCompact X SE and playing the Reverend Double Agent OG guitar. On the pedalboard is the Wampler Tumnus and Universal-Audio Del-Verb going into the Supro Black Magick and Blackstar HT-5R valve amps.

After going to sauna and then lunch at the farmers market, I stopped by Spoke & Word Books. I picked up a copy of The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Ruben… I flipped it open, read a half page, and knew this was my next read.

I found graffiti on a local Pride flag mural. I called Police non-emergency; It had been reported as a hate crime.
I am proud to live in a city where the response to hateful acts are swift. We need all caring folk standing up in the face of intolerance. Happy Pride Month! You are welcome here.

My only full day off this week and making time to look for sticks by the riverside. My first project of the day was to make a little bushcraft stand, which works pretty well to hold up my sunglasses. I used the LionSteel B35 fixed blade, the Victorinox Pioneer X Alox, and the Silky F180 folding saw.
