I feel you, I'm able to fall asleep alright but I wake up with my heart racing. By far the thing I've found most soothing is to take back a crumb of control and put that energy into an org that's making a difference. For me that's the PSL, maybe check them out :3

So true! Balance is key. And also maybe put some of that time and energy to an org dedicated to doing good in the world. Personally, I've been looking into the PSL and loving what ive seen so far, highly recommend yall check them out

True, white people of any demographic hold the responsibility for this mess. However, BOTH parties represent the interests of billionaires, NOT normal ass people like you and me. They want us to blame and argue instead of collecting around a 3rd party that actually represents our interests

Add this to the ever growing pile of reasons why we NEED a third party that actually has a damn spine!! (not to tell anyone what to do, but if you feel that frustration too, maybe go check out the PSL, they're a breath of fresh air in an increasingly forked up political world)
