To my knowledge, race was never mentioned in those speeches as a form of superiority. They focus on personal responsibility and following laws. How do you draw the white supremacy conclusion?

One the other hand, layoffs are only one side of the economic coin. Job creation is the other side. And net job growth or loss is the real key. Year over year the number of employed workers has grown.

I think it's the wrong approach. Instead, there should be zoning regulations that prevent short-term rentals in residential areas. That would discourage buying by corporate landlords, which should keep housing affordable. Fredericksburg, Texas did this, albeit a little late.
