There's a lot else I could / might share from my DC trip, but for now I just wanted to share a few signs of the resistance. Being on the hill today was an experience - I left it hours ago now for the airport, but I can only assume these crowds have grown exponentially since. One action at a time...

Grateful to have heard from U.S. Representative @raskin.house.gov this evening...speaking directly to a room full of democracy-loving county officials. I appreciate his fight on the house floor, and let me also say he sure knows how to command a room. Solid speaker. *I'm taking notes on that part. 📝

Making more calls, hoping for a meaningful response by my (R) congresspeople to a letter I recently wrote, and still checking to see if any common sense is coalescing on the hill yet across that damn aisle... to see if any conservatives have decided to defend the Constitution & their own powers yet.

Welp. I told myself no more social media platforms, but oh well. I do in fact love a blue sky, so figured I'd come see what these changing skies look like over here right now.
