There was an incident with a xiaomi car a few days ago. A woman was driving and crashed, the car caught on fire and people tried to open the doors and smash the windows but they couldn't save her. There was some talk that she was under the influence but I'm not sure if that's confirmed.

I think it's more that they are aware that they don't really need to do any work to convince their audience, gesturing vaguely at "the left" will suffice.
