Neutral. The Caps are way more likable than this Miami side but the Caps being a rival means that I don't particularly want to see them be successful beyond what they've achieved over the last 2 seasons.

Where do you rank Phil amongst other coaches in the West? I cant really see him as top 5, but nor is he near the bottom
