On this day in the year of our Lord 2026, I finally found an item thrifting. More accurately, my wife did and I put it in the cart. Found two of these French Onion crocs.

I'm not quite sure what to say after this issue. I have a feeling that I know where this is going. @mattfraction.bsky.social and @jorgejimenezart.bsky.social are writing my favorite Batman in years. Fun, style, heartfelt moments, Bruce/Bats with range. I have a lot of feelings right now.

I'm not quite sure what to say after this issue. I have a feeling that I know where this is going. @mattfraction.bsky.social and @jorgejimenezart.bsky.social are writing my favorite Batman in years. Fun, style, heartfelt moments, Bruce/Bats with range. I have a lot of feelings right now.
While I think Absolute Superman has consistently had a great story and I've been put off by his character, until the last few issues.

The final reveal has me excited for the next issue!

Well I spent most of my free time today catching up on Amazing Spider-Man by Joe Kelly, Pepe Larraz and John Romita Jr. I'm really enjoying it. The little character moments and interactions are what I love. The character development of Peter's supporting cast feels natural and earned. #comicsky

#booksky I finished this in a little over a day. Solid read and short book. Probably the least gruesome Extreme Horror Novel I've read. The MC is as complex and compelling as they are a PoS. If you're interested in splatter punk/EH this is a good entryway.

@kellythompson.bsky.social @cleanlined.bsky.social are doing something special here. The Panel Layouts are captivating. Zatanna is a long time favorite character and I'm excited for the rest of this arc. I won't predict but I have suspicions where it's going and I'm excited :)

For as much as I enjoyed this book, my wife enjoyed it twice as much. It was a fun comfort read with tight writing that crossed nearly the entire Marvel U. Strange Tales by @jeremywhitley.bsky.social is fun, easy to follow and good-weird. Bayleigh Underwood's art was amazing!

Tonight's Daredevil read. This served as the inspiration for Kentaro Miura's Manga, Berserk. That was a lie. Matt fights Not-Gladiator, clears real Gladiator's name.

I'm just gonna say, there are better eras of X-Men than this... Major Bummer because I enjoy all these creators. The voices are all just wrong and the story is contrived as hell. Literally "for some reason" is an explanation here.
