A lil transparency, I’ve been a bad friend/streamer/maybe even person. I’m sorry 🫂 working on it.
I wanted to be super transparent about my mentals because I believe struggling in silence is 100% dangerous for me. As a lot of you may know, I have been trying so hard to pull myself out of a depression since like June. During that time I feel I’ve pushed people away, rubbed people wrong. I know dealing with someone else’s mental health can be draining but I beg you to please give me grace right now. There have been days I don’t eat, since September I’ve lost 7 pounds without working out, as someone who never fluctuates with weight it’s been hard to accept that. I have not been able to keep my space clean. I haven’t done laundry in a long time, I have officially hit the bottom of my undies drawer so I’m gonna try to today. 🥺 I’m doing the absolute best I can to get myself back to normal (as normal as that is). The biggest trigger seems to be my work and thankfully come January, I will be in a new position. I really hope this is why I’ve been unable to pull myself out because this has been exhausting. Thanks for reading, thank you to those who reach out, still chat in Discord, and I’m sorry if I’ve been a neglectful friend, I’m gonna make it up to you all when I’m out of this 🫂 P.S. please don’t worry that I’ll do something dumb— I am keeping this under check and that’s why I’m sharing it with you guys 🤎 transparency is key for me.

My depression has been a nasty son of a lint licker so I posted in my local Facebook group about wanting to pet some cows and not only was it the most wholesome post a local community FB group ever did see— I pet cows, horses, AND alpacas 🥹🤍 I’m happy to be alive again.

I just learned about this awful case. Her name is Gisèle Pelicot, I won’t go into the details; look it up if you wanna hear about it (TW r***). I read that she didn’t wanna remain anonymous because she hoped showing her face would inspire other women to come forward. I look up & admire that sm 🥺🫂
